Zero Carbon Yorkshire – Delivering Active Travel Webinar Delivering Active Travel and Decarbonisation of Yorkshire’s Transport webinar explores the importance of active travel as part of the push for decarbonisation of transport and introduces the campaign for Climate Safe Streets. The event, on 12 November 2020, organised by the ZCY Transport Working Group, featured Fran Graham, Campaigns Co-ordinator at London Cycling Campaign who compiled the Climate Safe Streets report, and Paul Osborne, Chair of the West Yorkshire/York City Connect Advisory Group. Both speakers included case studies of street designs and local consultations arising from the Covid emergency response cycling and pedestrian schemes.
